Returns & Exchanges

At Land of Liberty, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

You have 21 days from receiving your order to request a return for either a refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we can provide discounted USPS labels upon request which will have their cost deducted from your refund upon receipt and approval. 

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

 

Please include your order number or receipt in the returning package so we know where to send your refund or store credit.

How to start a return:
Email us at support@landofliberty.co and we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We want to make sure you get the right fit and style. Here’s how exchanges work:

  • You cover the shipping cost to send your original item back.

  • Once we receive and approve it, we’ll ship out your new item at no cost to you.

 

Overall, exchanges are hassle-free: you return the original, and we’ll take care of the new gear.

Please note customers are responsible for any differences in cost between products on an exchange.

Cancellations & Order Changes

We work fast to get orders out the door. If you need to change or cancel your order, reach out to support@landofliberty.co as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

  • If it’s already on its way, we’ll need to process it as a return or exchange once it arrives.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Though we hope for it to never happen, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll always seek to make that right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items with stains, odors, or missing tags

  • All "Final Sale" items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process.
